Privacy policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
OneManSprint, operated by Adam Gleason, develops and operates Autonomous System Zero (AS//0). This policy explains how we handle information through our website, game clients, and online game services. For privacy questions or account-deletion requests, contact onemansprint@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, player name, account identifiers, and information needed to authenticate your account and maintain your sign-in session.
- Game information: progression, networks, inventory, collective membership, settings, multiplayer activity, and other persistent game state.
- Communications and content: chat messages, player-created content, reports, and information you send when contacting us.
- Purchase information: transaction references, purchase status, purchased items, and the account entitlements needed to deliver purchases and handle support requests. Payment providers process the payment details you give them.
- Technical information: connection and service logs may include your real IP address, request times, client or browser information, errors, and session identifiers. These are separate from the fictional network IP addresses used inside AS//0.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and multiplayer services, save progress, deliver purchases, communicate about account or service issues, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, and troubleshoot performance and security problems.
AS//0 uses internal admin analytics to understand game activity and service performance. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising-tracking services for AS//0.
Sessions and local storage
The game uses session identifiers and browser or client storage to keep you signed in and remember settings. Clearing stored data or blocking required storage can sign you out or prevent features from working. Removing local data does not delete your account or server-side game records.
What other players can see
AS//0 is a multiplayer game. Your player name, shared messages, collective information, published player websites, and game activity can be visible to other players according to the feature and game rules. Content you publish or share may be copied by its recipients. Avoid posting private information in chat or player-created content.
Service providers and other disclosures
Running the service involves providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery, and payments. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. AS//0 uses Railway for game hosting and Stripe for purchases processed through Stripe.
When you use Steam, Stripe, or another external platform, that provider also handles information under its own privacy policy. See the Stripe Privacy Policy and Steam Privacy Policy.
The OneManSprint website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when those fonts load. Links to YouTube, Discord, and other external services take you to services governed by their own policies.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or when necessary to investigate fraud or abuse and protect users or the service. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Retention and deletion
Account and game information is retained to provide the ongoing service. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose, including support, security, purchase records, and applicable legal requirements. A game-world reset does not necessarily delete your account, purchases, or associated service records.
You can request account deletion by emailing onemansprint@gmail.com, preferably from your account email address. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes; backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through the backup lifecycle. Deleting an account does not automatically remove copies of content other people have saved.
Your privacy requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including portability, restriction of processing, objection, or a complaint to your local data-protection authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Do not send your password or full payment-card details with a request.
Security and concerns about children
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised, contact us. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
